How it works
Every other booking tool asks one question: are you free then? Routemize asks the question that actually costs you money: where will you already be? Here is exactly what happens between a customer asking for an estimate and it landing on your calendar — it takes about a second.
About ten minutes, once.

Where you'll drive, what estimates you want, when you work.
Website, text, or social. Customers do the rest.
You set these once. Routemize runs them every single time somebody asks to book.
Routemize checks the estimate address against the service area you drew — a radius, a set of zip codes, or a custom shape on the map. Anyone outside it can't take a slot on your calendar. Out-of-area requests get politely declined or sent to you for review.
This is the step that keeps junk off your calendar. Before anyone is shown a single time, they answer your screening questions. The estimates you want most book instantly. Anything unusual — a specialty estimate, a commercial bid, a repair you'd rather quote by phone — is marked request-only and waits for your yes instead of holding a slot.
What you control
The same rules apply no matter how the request arrives — your website, a link you texted, or a call the AI voice agent picks up. No more tire-kickers holding a slot. Only the estimates worth driving to reach your schedule.
Routemize reads your live calendar and throws out anything that conflicts: estimates already booked, personal blocks, days off. Nothing can double-book you, so you never find out about a clash the morning of.
This is the part no other booking tool does. Of the times you're genuinely free, Routemize measures each one against the stops already on your route and ranks them by how few extra miles they add. The customer is shown the tight ones first.
The customer confirms, gets an instant confirmation, and the appointment flows into the CRM you already run — DripJobs, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or anything else through Zapier. No copy-paste, no double entry.
What that looks like in a day
Every other calendar leaves a random gap between appointments and hopes it's enough. Thirty minutes. An hour. A guess. Routemize measures the real drive between those two addresses and makes that the gap.
So the day packs in tight: finish, drive, start. You're not sitting in a parking lot for twenty minutes, and you're not flooring it across town because someone booked you badly.
The gap is the actual drive, down to the minute.
No padded hour that you spend waiting around.
Never booked somewhere you can't actually reach in time.
Here's what that looks like on a real morning ↓
Every minute is accounted for. Back-to-back estimates, with the drive itself as the only gap.
Share a booking link, drop a form on your website, or text the link straight from the mobile app while you're standing out on an estimate. They pick a route-friendly time in seconds.
When you can't pick up — nights, weekends, or up a ladder — the voice agent takes the call, asks the right questions, and books the same route-friendly slot. Hear a real call →
Either way the booking runs through the same five checks, and either way it ends up on your calendar and in your CRM.
